Welcome to Diversified Social Adult Day Care

Diversified Social Adult Day Care provides organized, supportive social activities to meet the needs of Woodhaven residents in a place other than adult's own home.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic activities aimed at helping participant's achieve optimal physical and mental/cognitive functioning. We are here to improve the quality of life for older adults by reducing social isolation, increasing social community engagement, and promoting health, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
